Returns & Refunds Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Non-returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
Intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
Swimwear without protective lining
Customized or personalized items
Gift cards
Clearance or final-sale items
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that banks or card issuers may require additional processing time.
